About Brain+

Brain+ is a European healthtech company listed on the Danish Stock Exchange and we’re on a mission to make effective, non-drug dementia therapies accessible at scale.

Our flagship product, Ayla – Your CST Assistant, helps care teams deliver Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, a NICE-recommended intervention proven to delay cognitive decline and improve quality of life. We work across care homes, memory clinics, and local authorities to bring evidence-based innovation to the frontline of dementia care. Backed by science, supported by clinicians, and powered by technology, we believe that dementia care can be better, and we’re building the tools to make that happen.

Driving Growth with Purpose

We’re looking for a natural hunter, someone who knows how to open doors, spark conversations and turn interest into action at scale, joining a team of passionate and brilliant humans on a mission to change the way dementia care is delivered 🧠

As our Business Development Manager – Care Homes, you’ll be on the frontline of our growth, bringing Ayla – your CST Assistant to care homes across the UK. Your mission? To make it as easy as possible for residential and dementia-specialist homes to say yes to something that makes their lives better. You’ll reach out, follow up, book the call, run the demo, close the deal – all while speaking the language of stretched care teams and showing real empathy for the challenges they face.

This isn’t a slow, strategic account role. It’s fast paced, high energy, high volume, low friction selling, and perfect for someone who thrives on momentum and knows how to keep the energy up.

Yes there are targets. Yes there’s structure. But the real reward? Knowing every new home you sign means more people with dementia getting access to a therapy that helps them say, “I remember”.

📍Location

UK (Remote but in-person meetings with the team in the UK often and with field travel as needed plus occasional trips to Copenhagen, DK)

Reporting to

SVP Partnerships in the Commercial Department

Salary

Competitive base of £60k + performance bonus

Contract type

Full-time, Permanent

Key responsibilities

* Deliver structured, high-volume outreach to care homes across England
* Own and convert pipeline through demos, tailored proposals, and fast onboarding
* Present the value of CST and Ayla in ways that resonate with busy care providers
* Track performance through the CRM and meet monthly KPIs (volume, conversion, revenue)
* Support customers through early adoption, ensuring handover to the Success team
* Feed back market insights to product and clinical teams to inform development
* Represent Brain+ at regional care events, webinars, and partner meetings.

We want to talk to you if...

* You know care homes, maybe you’ve worked in one, sold into one, or partnered with them, and you get the challenges they face every day
* You’re not afraid to pick up the phone (or send that follow-up!) and you can hold a conversation that builds trust quickly and naturally
* You’re comfortable working to goals, not because you love pressure, but because you love progress
* You believe that non-drug interventions like Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) should be the norm, not the exception, and you want to help make that happen
* You can explain things clearly, avoid jargon, and know how to meet people where they are, whether it’s a care home manager, a clinical lead, or a regional ops director
* You’re organised, proactive, and love a good CRM (Ok maybe not love, but at least you use it!)
* You’re driven by purpose, you want your work to mean something and make things better for people who are too often overlooked
* And finally… you’re ready to join a small, mighty team doing something amazing and want to scale it fast.

We'll start talking about promotion if...

* You’re consistently hitting (or beating) your numbers, pipeline, outreach, conversions… you make it look easy (even though we know it’s not)
* Your customers rave about you, care home managers mention your name in the nicest way possible, and handovers to Customer Success are seamless
* You’ve made your patch impossible to ignore, more homes, more impact, more people talking about CST because you made it happen
* You feed back what matters, you spot patterns, share insights, and help us make the product and pitch better every week.
* You lead without a title, mentoring new joiners, improving how we work, and stepping up when something needs doing
* You stay human, even when targets are tough, your empathy, clarity and energy never drop.
