Job Description
We are looking for an innovative, detailed and passionate Senior Flavorist to be part of the EU Savory Category in Sensient Flavors Europe. This role offers a great opportunity to advance your career by creating unique solutions for the food industry. You will be involved in formulation and innovative new technologies, leading projects from creative development through pilot plant trials to manufacturing.
What you'll do:
* Develop liquid, spray dry, and long flavors to meet customer guidelines and business needs.
* Collaborate with Application teams to deliver successful concepts to customers.
* Execute Flavor Matching projects effectively.
* Participate actively in the Flavorist Training Program modules.
* Support plant and procurement as part of cross-functional teams.
What you'll bring:
* A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Food Science/Technology is preferred but not essential.
* Fully trained flavorist with solid experience in savory flavors and spray drying technology.
* Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with success in customer interactions, presentations, and working with diverse technical teams.
