* A veterinary surgeon with 10+ years of experience.
* Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
* Confidence across all aspects of primary care practice.

The Rota
* Permanent, full‑time role.
* 40 hours per week.
* 4‑day week with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
