Who They’re Looking For
* A veterinary surgeon with 10+ years of experience
* Proven leadership and mentoring skills
* Confidence across all aspects of primary care practice
* A genuine passion for developing people and nurturing a positive team culture
The Rota
* Permanent, full‑time role
* 40 hours per week
* 4‑day week with 1 in 4 Saturdays
