Engineering @365 is working with a well-established manufacturing business who, due to continued growth, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join its quality team and support the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out inspection activities in line with daily and weekly inspection plans to support production schedules. * Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 internal quality management system requirements at all times. * Perform visual and dimensional inspection of parts to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Use detailed engineering drawings and composite lay-up tables during inspection activities. * Support the reduction of waste and inefficiencies through proactive quality involvement and continuous improvement initiatives. * Accurately record inspection results and report non-conformances in line with internal procedures. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized inspection and work area, ensuring waste is removed at the end of each shift. * Monitor and replenish consumable stock levels as required. * Liaise with Stores and Despatch teams to ensure the smooth flow of inspected materials. * Comply fully with Health & Safety policies and promote safe working practices at all times. * Support with any other reasonable duties as requested.
