We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and a strong understanding of recruitment processes, as well as a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience. Main Responsibilities: Take ownership of tasks which do not require immediate management input Taking minutes and producing presentations Reporting and analysing data Track changes in placements and applications Liaising with Training & HR departments Checking right to works and contracts are compliant Chasing new starters who haven’t completed their paperwork online and assisting with any issues Creating and submitting daily and weekly reports Use licenses to curate interview and induction packs Pick up ad-hoc tasks when asked from higher management What Wren offer: Life Assurance after 2 years' service Access to Benenden health and discount platform after 1 years of continuous service Personal progression plan and training with clear career opportunities Individual training budget for personal development EE discount Hybrid working available Staff discount on purchasing a kitchen/bedroom after 1 year of continuous service Eye Care Vouchers Refer a Friend Scheme Free onsite gym Free onsite parking Subsidised canteens on site About You About you: Previous administration experience Previous recruitment experience or familiarity with recruitment processes would be advantageous Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
