Equifind is working with a global private equity firm, with AUM in the multi-billions, to recruit an Investor Relations Analyst. The role is initially offered as a fixed-term contract, with the potential to go permanent if it’s a good fit on both sides. Based near the Bank of England, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives at the centre of a business, working closely with multiple teams and playing a key role in the smooth running of a highly successful private equity platform. The hire comes at a busy time, with a major asset sale underway across the fund, so there’s real scope to take on meaningful responsibility from the get-go. Key responsibilities include: Working closely with the investment team and LPs on regular fund updates. Delivering high-quality analysis and reporting on the fund, portfolio companies, and broader market. Managing and updating fund and portfolio documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Attending LPAC meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points. Supporting ODDQ processes and responding to investor due diligence requests. Coordinating investor communications and queries alongside the client reporting and shared services teams. Application Requirements: Minimum 4 years’ experience in an IR role, ideally in private equity. Excellent report writing and able to confidently liaise with a range of stakeholders. Advanced-level Excel skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proven stakeholder management experience and relationship building skills. Salary / Rate: The role is offering a salary in the region of £100,000. Candidates must be immediately available or on a notice period of no more than four weeks. Interviews are taking place straight away.
