Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Rope Access Level 3 Supervisor based in Fort William. The role involves supervising and safely executing rope access operations, performing work-at-height tasks, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also oversee work quality, manage team performance, and maintain safety practices on all projects.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Rope Access techniques and certification at IRATA Level 3 or equivalent
* Experience conducting Work at Height operations, including inspection and maintenance tasks
* Knowledge of and experience with Window Cleaning and similar manual handling tasks
* Strong supervision, team management, and leadership skills
* Thorough understanding of safety protocols and risk assessment related to working at height
* Flexibility to work on-site in Fort William and adapt to varying project requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with industrial environments are advantageous
* Relevant industry certifications and qualifications
