Our client operates a busy logistics facility in Grangemouth, requiring an experienced Team Leader to oversee day-to-day site operations and support a team of operatives.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
£28,880 per annum plus performance-related bonuses

Conducting morning check-ins and ensuring staff attendance is recorded accurately
Carrying out inductions and on-site training for new starters
Preparing and presenting timesheets accurately and on time
Acting as the first point of contact for operative queries and escalations
Maintaining a safe, organised working environment in line with site standardsTo be considered as a Team Leader, you will need:
Previous experience in a team leader, supervisory or similar role
Strong communication and people management skills
The ability to manage multiple responsibilities accurately under pressure
