Production Manager - Transportation Technology
Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for Lean Manufacturing? Ready to take charge of multiple production lines and drive performance in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment?
We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, overseeing production lines, managing a team of Assembly Operators, and working closely with engineering, deployment, and finance teams to deliver high-quality transportation technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and optimise multiple production lines across various products
* Introduce new products into production (with Production Engineering support)
* Drive efficiency, reduce waste, and meet production targets
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team
* Ensure accurate inventory and flag shortages proactively
* Implement SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards
* Support ERP/ MRP processes (D365) and cross-site standardisation
What You’ll Bring

* Strong background in Lean Manufacturing
