HR Administrator – Complex Care Provider
Location: East London
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
A growing specialist complex care provider is looking to recruit an organised HR Administrator to join their Head Office team in East London.
The organisation provides nurse-led care to adults and children with complex clinical needs in the community. This is a great opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a supportive Head Office team and develop within a growing healthcare provider.
You will work closely with an experienced HR Manager who will provide full support, guidance and a structured induction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR administration support
Prepare contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation
Maintain employee records and HR systems
Support interview coordination and new starter onboarding
Manage DBS checks, right to work checks and compliance documentation
Maintain training records and HR documentation
Requirements
Previous experience in an HR administration role
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Experience within healthcare, social care, domiciliary care or complex care is desirable
This role would suit a proactive HR Administrator looking to join a supportive team within a specialist healthcare provider.
