Seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support a B-Corp tech business on a 4–6 month contract, supporting the business through a period of change. This role will manage the monthly payroll and requires someone who can start immediately. The position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
* Process monthly payroll, including starter and leaver adjustments, pension contributions, salary sacrifice, tax code changes, and other payroll updates.
* Issue payslips and P45s and ensure payroll records are maintained accurately.
* Submit FPS/EPS to HMRC and run P32 reports.
* Compile and submit P11Ds.
* Prepare payroll journals for upload into the NetSuite finance system.
* Perform payroll reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Act as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a payroll administration or manager role.
* Essential: Experience using ZonePayroll (formerly Infinet).
* Strong understanding of UK payroll processes and HMRC submissions.
* High attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines.
