Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and delivering day-to-day marketing activity across digital and traditional channels. The role will support the sales team with lead generation, product promotion, and customer communication while helping to position TPS as a trusted technical authority in our markets.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
1. Create regular content including product news, case studies, blogs, and technical guides
2. Manage email marketing campaigns for customers and prospects
3. Oversee social media channels (LinkedIn, industry forums) to build brand awareness
Lead Generation & Sales Support
4. Develop campaigns to generate enquiries from target sectors (data centres, HVAC, OEMs, industrial)
5. Work closely with the sales team to create product literature, presentations, and proposals
6. Maintain CRM data and support marketing automation
7. Track and qualify inbound leads
Brand & Communications
8. Coordinate exhibitions
9. Liaise with suppliers and partners on joint marketing initiatives
10. Produce brochures, datasheets, and technical documentation
11. Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints
Analysis & Reporting
12. Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reports
13. Track website analytics, conversions, and ROI
14. Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Skills & Experience Required
15. Interest in engineering, technical products, or industrial markets
16. Experience with CMS, email marketing platforms, and LinkedIn
17. Strong written English with the ability to explain technical topics clearly
18. Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
19. Basic understanding of SEO and digital analytics
20. Experience with CRM systems desirable
