What You'll Do Lead day-to-day operations across restaurant & cafe outlets
Drive service standards, compliance and guest satisfaction
Recruit, train and develop strong FOH teams
Work closely with senior chefs to maintain excellence
Manage budgets, KPIs and operational targets
Oversee events and ensure H&S, licensing and food hygiene compliance
What You Bring 3+ years as Operations Manager / General Manager in a multi-site or complex hospitality environment
Strong financial and people leadership skills
Experience with openings, events and digital systems
Proactive, organised, guest-focused leader with a hands-on approach
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak seasons
Package £65,000 £70,000 salary
