Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a high calibre Account Manager who is driven to deliver exemplary service to our high profile, "Leading Tech" client in EMEA. This position will fulfil specific production and operational requirements for various demanding and fast paced channels.
As the Account Manager you will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal contacts to deliver services to our customers professionally, to specification and on time. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and you will propose and deliver all company solutions.
The areas of spend under management with this Leading Tech client are Promotional Merchandise and Print.
This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client site(s) and home as necessary.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities
Provide technical guidance on promotional merchandise and commercial print projects.
Take and manage client briefs from initial specification through to final delivery.
Recommend alternative solutions and innovative options where appropriate.
Produce accurate specifications for internal teams and external suppliers.
Brief suppliers clearly to ensure client requirements are met.
Maintain high standards of customer service and stakeholder communication.
Monitor all projects to ensure on‑time delivery and adherence to specifications.
Manage stock and outbound orders in line with client SLAs, including courier tracking and issue resolution.
Oversee financial processes such as forecasting, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Strong knowledge of promotional merchandise, commercial print processes, and logistics.
Ability to provide technical guidance and advice on print and merchandise projects.
Proven account management experience working to strict SLAs and KPIs.
Confident in client facing roles, including advising on print, digital, and merchandise solutions.
Background in marketing print or execution procurement.
Skilled in end‑to‑end campaign management, including stock and project oversight.
Experienced in troubleshooting project issues and implementing preventative solutions.
Commercially aware with strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Able to manage multiple projects with effective time management and prioritisation.
