We’re looking for a Supplier Development Engineer. This role can be based anywhere in the UK but there will be travel to our Lomondgate facility and to customer sites.

What you’ll do:
As a Supplier Development Engineer at Aggreko, your role involves ensuring the effective onboarding of suppliers and products, along with managing supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and product reliability.
Key Responsibilities include:
7. Support supplier on-boarding to assure the selection of suitable suppliers for the business.
8. Contribute to supplier audits and participate in information reviews as part of a team that manages risks related to supplier onboarding.
9. Assess and report the ongoing performance of suppliers. Where required, you will develop and improve supplier performance to assure a strong level of performance and compliance.
10. Analyse supplier related performance data to understand risks in the supply chain. Coordinate improvement activities to reduce supply chain risks.
11. Support change control activities resulting from adjustments to design, manufacture, or materials. Coordinate PPAP activities, organise evidence of compliance and organise product approvals resulting from engineering changes.
Who we’re looking for…
12. You will be able to demonstrate your experience working in supplier development and supplier auditing in a technical/engineering environment.
13. ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor is desirable
14. You must hold a full, clean, and valid driving license to travel to supplier sites as and when needed.
15. You will be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and with flexibility, self-motivation, and the capability to work on your own initiative.
