HR Improvement Assistant Adviser | 8965 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £31,537 - £33,699 per annum | Scale G | Norwich
Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Improvement Assistant Adviser to join our Governance and Improvement team. In this pivotal role, you will support the HR service by improving existing processes using Power Automate and by delivering insightful reports through Power BI. Your innovative approach will streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks and the opportunity for errors and will improve overall productivity. Your expertise will help managers and employees make data-driven decisions, ensuring our processes are efficient and effective.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on HR systems, including SharePoint, resolve queries, and maintain accurate records.
* Support complex projects, conduct research, and establish positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement solutions that enhance HR systems and contribute to continuous service improvement.
* Use Power Automate to improve processes and Power BI to deliver insightful reports.
* Proactively challenge existing processes and drive improvements to reduce manual tasks and errors.
Qualifications
* Strong background in systems management with a passion for process improvement.
* Excellent ICT skills, including Power Automate, Power BI and advanced Excel.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across departments.
