Do you have the digital expertise to improve user journeys and drive meaningful engagement?
We’re working with a well-respected charity just outside Swindon to recruit a Digital Optimisation Manager to lead their website redevelopment and digital performance strategy.
This is a flexible, hybrid role (30–37.5 hours per week), offering asalary of £37,707–£41,067 and the chance to use your digital skills to make a real difference.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the optimisation of digital platforms, including a full website redevelopment.
* Use analytics and user insights to improve digital journeys and engagement.
* Drive SEO, A/B testing, and data-led decision making.
* Collaborate with internal teams and manage digital suppliers.
* Support digital fundraising, supporter acquisition, and service delivery online.
* Promote a digital-first approach across the organisation.
Who we’re looking for:
You’ll have experience managing websites and digital channels, confidence with data tools like Google Analytics, and the ability to influence stakeholders. If you’re proactive, analytical, and excited by digital transformation, we want to hear from you.
