Overview

We’re looking for a Client Technology Consultant to join our UK team on a 14-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a delivery-focused professional with a strong background in SaaS implementation and client consulting to make a real impact. You’ll play a key role in onboarding and supporting Gallagher Guide Benefits – our proprietary benefits administration platform – helping clients unlock its full potential. As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll take the lead on client onboarding and configuration projects, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of our technology solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with each client’s unique goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction and long-term success.


How You'll Make An Impact

* Lead end-to-end client onboarding and configuration projects.
* Translate client requirements into system configurations, workflows, and technical solutions.
* Collaborate with Product, Configuration, QA, and Service Delivery teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery lifecycle and beyond.
* Drive client satisfaction and retention, with a focus on maximising revenue opportunities.
* Lead client presentations and meetings as needed.
* Share knowledge and support the upskilling of Account Executives.


About You

* Proven experience in SaaS delivery, implementation, or consulting.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
