The role
is based in Guildford, with occasional travel to Responsibilities
1. Support on M&A, due diligence, and valuation projects
2. Prepare and review statutory accounts and consolidated financials
3. Deliver insightful management reporting and forecasting
4. Supervise junior team members and manage client relationships
5. Contribute to business development and internal process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
6. ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
7. Experience in practice, ideally with exposure to corporate finance
8. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards
9. Excellent communication and analytical skills
