Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the estimating, design, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision and excellence.
What You'll Do

* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company growth targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
* Manage and grow relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and private clients.
* Lead the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract award.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, proposals, and project delivery.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
What You'll Bring
As a Sales Manager your main skills and experience should include:
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience in sales within the construction, joinery, or interiors sector.
* Strong understanding of bespoke joinery products and processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Commercially astute with a results-driven mindset.
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Full UK driving license.
