Set within spacious, beautiful grounds and with excellent transport links to Stockport and Manchester, our service offers a fantastic place to live and work.

We are a welcoming residential care home supporting 12 individuals, each enjoying their own private en-suite room alongside shared, sociable living spaces. Our home is full of personality — we’re a lively group of 9 gentlemen and 3 ladies, aged between 20 and 50, all with unique interests, great humour, and strong characters that make every day rewarding.

At the heart of our service is person-centred care. Each individual has a tailored support plan and care package, ensuring their needs, preferences, and goals are always the priority.

Our team:

22. A strong and supportive workforce of around 45 colleagues
23. 10–12 Advanced Support Workers on shift during the day
24. 4–5 team members providing overnight support

What we’re looking for:

25. Previous experience in care is essential
26. Level 3 in Social Care is desirable
27. Passionate, skilled individuals who bring enthusiasm, experience, or specialist knowledge

Your values:

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication, and physical health.

If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care.

You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.

We will develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods, Makaton and the Picture Exchange System.

During recruitment you will meet the people we support in their home. This will allow you to see their wonderful personalities first-hand and fully understand the level of support that they require.
