1. General administration duties for the Complementary Therapists, Counselling/Psychology Service and Lymphoedema teams.
2. Booking appointments/clinic management
3. Sending out appointment letters & correspondence
4. Monitoring email inboxes and voicemails
5. Taking telephone messages (some patients may be upset)
6. Data entry/collating statistic

Qualifications
Essential criteria
7. Good General Education covering literacy and numeracy
8. GCSE in English or equivalent
Experience
Essential criteria
9. Experience of using common IT software such as Microsoft Office
10. Evidence of organisational skills
Desirable criteria
11. Previous knowledge of hospital IT systems
12. Previous experience in office environment

13. Good keyboard skills
14. Be able to organise own workload and priorities
15. Excellent communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels in a courteous, approachable and helpful manner

18. Experience of dealing with telephone enquiries
