Job Role: Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) – Gas & Plumbing
Location: Hybrid – 50/50 split between remote working and on-site (South East / Greater London Area)
Salary: Up to £65,000
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: Early to Late June 2025
Role & Client Overview:
We are recruiting an experienced and qualified Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) specialising in Gas and Plumbing to support the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship training programmes across the South East and Greater London region.
This role offers a flexible, hybrid working structure and the opportunity to play a key part in a long-term programme designed to deliver meaningful outcomes for learners. You will ensure robust internal quality assurance processes are in place and support a team of assessors in maintaining excellence in delivery and assessment practice.
You’ll be joining a forward-thinking, socially driven training provider with a focus on long-term contracts and the delivery of impactful vocational training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and carry out internal quality assurance activities across Gas and Plumbing apprenticeships (up to Level 3).
2. Support and develop assessors to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.
3. Conduct regular sampling of portfolios and assessments to ensure awarding body standards are met.
4. Maintain accurate IQA documentation and contribute to ongoing quality improvement.
