Production Coordinator
Join our operations team as a Production Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and ensuring customers receive their orders on time. You’ll manage work‑in‑progress, track jobs through the factory, and keep everyone aligned on schedules, priorities, and delivery commitments.
What You’ll Do

Track and expedite customer jobs through production to meet delivery targets.

Keep production trackers and Line of Balance reports accurate and up to date.
*
Own all customer WIP (work in progress) from pre‑launch to shipment, ensuring full visibility.
*
Work closely with manufacturing and operations teams to maintain schedule adherence.
*
Provide Program Managers with clear, timely updates for customer communication.
*
Support daily/weekly production meetings with status updates and risk flags.
*
Help drive Continuous Improvement activities across the production process.
*
Check labelling and packaging accuracy to ensure the right parts reach the right customers.
*
Coordinate delivery paperwork and documentation across sites when needed.
*
Report on customer performance metrics and escalate issues promptly.
*
Maintain accurate WIP and sales order data in the Factory Master ERP system.

What You’ll Get
