Kier Transportation are working in partnership with National Highways to deliver significant schemes across the Northwest. We're looking for a Major Projects Quality and Performance Manager to join our M6 Lune Gorge team within RDP North. This role offers the chance to shape quality, drive performance and make a real impact on a flagship project.
Location: M6 Lune Gorge (RDP North) – site-based with some remote working
Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per year + private healthcare + £6,700 annual car allowance + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a Major Projects Quality and Performance Manager, you'll play a key role in driving quality excellence across the M6 Lune Gorge scheme, working closely with project teams to embed best practice and continuous improvement.
Day to day, you will:
* Maintain and develop the business assurance system, keeping it accurate and effective
* Lead internal audits and support external assurance reviews
* Build strong relationships with teams, suppliers and clients to promote a positive quality culture
* Report on quality and performance metrics to both Kier and National Highways
* Lead process reviews and share best practice across the project
What are we looking for?

* Experience working with ISO standards as a Lead Auditor, driving continuous improvement
* Strong quality assurance knowledge, with the ability to manage non-conformances and share lessons learned
* A solid understanding of integrated management systems and process improvement
* Confidence engaging with clients and building collaborative stakeholder relationships
