We are recruiting for a Pension Administrator, to be a part of our Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) team. This is a great role for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and communication skills who’s passionate about delivering first class service and keen to progress with their career as a Data Analyst. You will join a supportive and growing team at an exciting time, as we shape our proposition and re-design how we work to achieve our goals.
A bit about the job:
You will be joining our new Business Onboarding team. The team is responsible for the installation of a scheme from scheme win, to when it is ready to move in to the BAU administration team. You will be checking schemes data and basis in readiness for final repricing within set timescales, understanding challenges as they come about and removing blockages for the team. You will be the first point resolution and escalation point for scheme data, reconciliations, and queries. You'll be required to challenge processes and help to create solutions whilst supporting the pricing of valuations, working closely with the actuaries. In addition, you will support the Onboarding of schemes with our system experts on to the BPA systems whilst supporting a seamless transition to BAU.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Good technical working knowledge of Defined Benefit schemes and/or Bulk Purchase Annuities.
* Some experience working with data and a keen interest to develop your data capabilities.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team where sharing knowledge is key to success.
* Excellent attention to detail.

* Salary circa £32,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
