Overview
Apprentice HR & Training Administrator role at Network Plus. You will be an instrumental part of the HR Department, supporting the department to ensure the employee journey is smooth and consistent. You will be the first point of contact for queries via inboxes and telephones and will support the wider HR & Training team.

Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment: Assist Senior Talent Partners with offer letters and contracts of employment; liaise with and develop relationships with candidates prior to employment; update and maintain records between HR and Senior Talent Partners.
* New Starters: Process starter documentation for PAYE (monthly & fortnightly), Subcontractor and Hudson; ensure documentation is completed and stored correctly for Payroll, training and occupational health; set up new starters within IT systems to ensure smooth introduction; maintain the New Starter Inbox (Connectwise); ensure all new starters hold valid ID cards to maintain site compliance.
* Employees: Maintain employee records (salary changes, details updates, maternity/paternity leave); maintain training records; handle reference requests; respond to employee/manager queries promptly.
* Reporting: Monitor and report on inclusion and diversity data; produce starters and leavers reports; manage weekly training attendance, capacity and cost of failure reports; raise and issue training recharges; produce weekly team brief and salary data reports; support with adhoc reports (e.g., Board Report).
* Leavers: Process leaver forms within required timeframes; communicate with PAYE leavers; process individual training recharges as needed.
* Adhoc: Handle employee queries by telephone and maintain inboxes according to SLAs; undertake other duties as required.
