About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role offers that. We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.
As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You'll assist with training colleagues, communicate messages during team ‘huddles', and ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays, ensuring the right staffing at the right times.
We will support your training in different areas and help develop your skills, providing opportunities for growth within retail.

You have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across departments and are a strong coach, mentor, and motivator.
