Key Responsibilities:
* You will provide on-call services, quickly addressing disruptions as they occur.
* You will provide remote 2nd- and 3rd-level support to ensure the systems operate smoothly.
* You will independently manage smaller projects, leveraging your comprehensive technical expertise.
* You will demonstrate your specialist knowledge during the retrofitting and modernization of existing systems.
* You will create detailed documentation and actively share your knowledge with the team.
* You will travel up to 20% to assist on-site with customer issues or support project implementation as needed.
About This Role:
* You should have a degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or mechatronics, or a comparable qualification such as an HND/HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
* You should have solid experience in PLC programming, especially with TIA, S7, or Beckhoff TwinCat2/3.
* You should possess comprehensive knowledge in fieldbus systems, HMI systems, and frequency converters.
* You should be capable of reading electrical schematics and have practical experience in troubleshooting electrical and control technologies.
* Application knowledge of industrial warehouse systems would be a distinct advantage.
