Role: Assistant Site Engineer
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: £36,000 + Package (Company Vehicle/working away bonus)
Our key client are now keen to appoint an Assistant Site Engineer on a permanent basis, due to secured schemes and growth heading into 2026.
They are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Engineer to oversee residential developments throughout the UK. The successful candidate will ensure the overall control of setting out the works, quality, and accuracy in accordance with our company management system and associated quality assurance systems and contract requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest health and safety standards, delivering works economically and in accordance with the programme.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policy, the company management system, and the Sustainability Strategy.
2. Organise and control the site engineering function to ensure accurate setting out and construction in line with contract requirements.
3. Assist in developing the site-specific quality plan and ensure compliance with quality assurance testing and inspection records.
4. Act as site safety supervisor, temporary works coordinator, and Lifting operations coordinator as required.
