This role requires strong stakeholder and contract management skills.Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Procurement, this role will focus on:Supporting TPXimpact teams through the client contracting process so that the services and projects we have sold are accurately documented, executed and stored.Proactively managing TPXimpacts current client contractual relationships with confidence.Managing cases via a workflow management system, maintaining and updating NDA, client and supplier registers, as well as deliverables and obligations trackers, concession, wins and contractual risk logs.Contributing to an education culture so that our wider teams can start to contract more confidently with increasing autonomy.Ensuring that our engagements with suppliers are commercially robust and contributing to a sustainable supply chain.You will be supporting two divisions -Digital Transformation and manifesto across a wide range of sectors. The client projects are incredibly varied with a unifying theme to create impactful change.You will be working in TPXimpacts Business Enablement function which supports TPXimpact to safely scale our operations by removing friction and enabling our teams to deliver quality services for our clients. Our ambition is to continually create an environment where clients enjoy working with us and people enjoy working for us because systems and processes are frictionless.DimensionsResource complexity and nature of work teams,The work will involve a level of complexity that requires knowledge of public sector contracts, legislation, the company internal systems. Each case needs to be assessed on its own merits as well as against the internal checklists.Problem solving responsibility and complexity, ability to be pragmatic and work to provide solutions where there are potential risks/blockers. Providing new ways of working to the team if something isnt workingChange management requirements, ability to adapt to changes in systems, legislation, ways of working, and to train others as requiredInternal / External interactions,growth (including bid teams) and client services for both DT and manifesto, finance team, resource operations team, clients legal/commercial or service teamsStrategic timeframe working towards,this is the timeframe they are working towards - 12 -24 month business planResponsibilitiesCreate a positive contracting experience for TPXimpact clients by providing an efficient, practical and competent serviceManage the contracting process from the point of bid win or direct award through to signature and filingSupport the wider business with ancillary contractual tasks - non-disclosure agreements, change control notices, variations, extensions, tender submissions, breaches as well as responding to ad-hoc requests and urgent queriesLiaise with the Senior Contracts Manager and the Head of Commercial and Procurement to ensure contracts adhere to relevant data and employment legislation and also our accredited compliance standardsReview, negotiate and execute contractual terms for existing and prospective client relationships. We currently have approx 250 live client contracts.Review, negotiate and execute contractual terms for existing and prospective supplier relationshipsManage internal and external stakeholder relationshipsDeputise in Senior Contracts Managers absenceAbout YouProfessional knowledge and experienceEssentialEstablished track record of contract review, negotiation and management with knowledge of legal and commercial risk management.Excellent communication (written and verbal) with the ability to listen and influenceEffective interpersonal skills to develop/maintain productive internal and external relationships.Self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently, or as part of a team and proactively address conflicting stakeholder requirements to achieve pragmatic compromise.Time management skills and capabilities.Desirable:Academic/ Professional qualification (LLB, MCIPS or World CC accreditation)Behaviours and PACT valuesPurposefulCreate a Positive Contracting Experience: By providing an efficient, practical, and competent service, you ensure that every client interaction is meaningful and contributes to their success.Manage the Contracting Process: Your role is crucial in ensuring that contracts are handled with precision and purpose, from bid win to signature and filing.AdaptableSupport the Wider Business: Flexibility is key as you handle a variety of contractual tasks, from non-disclosure agreements to urgent queries, adapting to the needs of the business.Deputise in Senior Contracts Managers Absence: Your ability to step into different roles as needed demonstrates adaptability and readiness to meet challenges head-on.CollaborativeLiaise with team members: Working closely with the Senior Contracts Manager and the Head of Commercial and Procurement ensures that contracts meet compliance standards and legislative requirements.Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is essential for successful collaborationTransparentReview, Negotiate, and Execute Contractual Terms: Transparency is vital in negotiations, ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of terms and conditions.Excellent Communication: Your ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, ensures transparency and clarity in all interactions.Technical skillsAbility to work within Google or Microsoft environmentsKnowledge of signing tools for contractsKnowledge of employment and tax legislation (Desirable)Knowledge of procurement legislation (Desirable)Strengths, drivers and traitsStrong client relationship managementContract/procurement knowledgeCommercial acumenAdaptabilityStrong communication skills with ability to engage at all levelsAbout UsPeople-Powered TransformationWe're a purpose driven organisation, supporting organisations to build a better future for people, places and the planet.
