We all love to do different things, within our personalised care. Some of us like going to the football ( Middlesbrough of cause)-Baking-Maintaining our independence-accessing the community-Supporting with all our daily living skills-All medical appointments-maintaining friendships-
We all have the same goals and aspirations which is to be given a voice and to enjoy out lives to the full.
Our families are so important to us, and them to be updated, on how with are doing especially if we have achieved, a goal that has been meet. All our Families appreciate the care we receive from Community Integrated Care delivering Our Best Lives possible.
