Pay: £13.40 PAYE Per Hour (Inclusive of Holiday Pay) / £17.10 LTD Umbrella Per Hour
Are you an experienced Caretaker looking for a new opportunity in South West London? We are currently seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join a Housing Association during a period of growth. If you have a proven track record of maintaining and cleaning communal areas and thrive in a challenging environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and clean communal areas to a high standard
Service communal gardens and other common areas as instructed
Provide efficient and effective caretaking and gardening services
Carry out minor repairs and report any issues promptly
Ensure all communal areas are free from litter and graffiti
Interact professionally with tenants, external agencies, and organizations
