Responsibilities
* Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in.
* Manage cash handling and banking procedures.
* Conduct regular fire & safety walks and support safety procedures.
* Help the wider teams when needed and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
* No experience required; training provided.
* Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
