Beach Baker is working in partnership with a growing and highly regarded property consultancy to recruit an Associate to join their expanding Valuation team in Bristol.

🔍 The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Office, you will:
5. Undertake property inspections, due diligence and market research
6. Deliver RICS-compliant valuation reports across retail, office, industrial and residential sectors
7. Provide high-quality advisory services to clients
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships
9. Assist in business development activities and identifying new opportunities
10. Collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver integrated services
11. Mentor and support junior team members
12. Ensure all work is carried out in line with RICS standards and best practice
✅ About You:
13. MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
14. Strong experience within a valuation role in private practice
15. Proven ability across commercial and/or residential valuations
16. Strong understanding of market trends and regulatory requirements
17. Excellent report writing and analytical skills
18. Demonstrable experience in client relationship management and business development
19. Full UK driving licence
