Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Database Engineer with strong expertise in Electrical Transmission and Distribution network modelling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating Electrical Data Models for EMS/DMS applications and proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting Electrical Transmission and Distribution networks.
* Create and maintain Electrical models for EMS/DMS applications.
* Work with Display Builder for EMS and AEMS applications.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate modelling and integration.
Required Skills & Experience
* Electrical Network Expertise:
* In-depth understanding of Electrical Transmission and Distribution networks.
* Minimum 2 years experience creating Electrical Data Models for EMS/DMS applications.
Technical Skills:
* 5+ years experience in Electrical network data modelling.
* Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle 19C and above).
* Experience with EMS/ADMS modelling tools (eTerra Habitat).
Additional Requirements:
* Must have worked on Display Builder for EMS and AEMS applications.
* Strong understanding of Electrical SLD (Single Line Diagram).
