A leading manufacturer are seeking the right individual to join their team as a TIG Welder working at their Frimley site carrying out TIG, and occasional MIG welding, of stainless stell and other sheet metal-based materials.
Must have background.
* Proven background and experience in stainless steel TIG welding (coded will be advantageous)
* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Experienced using a variety of hand tools.
* Must have strong interpersonal skills.
* Must be well organised and communicative.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Performing TIG and MIG welding duties
* Ensuring produced fabrications meet rigorous and industry leading standards.
* Supporting production and quality teams with inspections
* Supporting the enhancement on process improvements and continuous improvements implementation
* Developing methods of manufacture
