EXECUTIVE BUSINESS PARTNER TO OWNER, MANAGING DIRECTOR & SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Specialist Elderly Care Organisation | Remote-first with UK travel 3 to 4 times per month | Up to £40,000 per Annum | Permanent | Flexible Working


We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a forward-thinking, purpose-led elderly care organisation that genuinely values strategic executive support. Operating across multiple UK sites, this organisation is entering an important phase of growth, governance transformation and operational maturity.


Our client is now seeking a confident, proactive Executive Business Partner to work closely with the Owner, Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team as a true right hand. This is a pivotal role for someone who enjoys working at the heart of a business, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex priorities, and who is genuinely comfortable operating across functions, teams and workstreams.


This is a remote-first role with flexibility, balanced with regular in-person engagement with the leadership team and operational sites across the UK approximately 3 to 4 times per month.


THE ROLE IN MORE DETAIL

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. As Executive Business Partner, you will act as the central coordination point for leadership priorities, projects and communication flow across the organisation.


You will work cross-functionally with senior leaders, operational teams and external stakeholders, joining the dots between strategy, governance and day-to-day delivery. You will be comfortable moving between big-picture priorities and detailed execution, ensuring decisions are translated into action and nothing is lost between teams.


Technology will be central to how you operate. You will actively use Microsoft 365, Teams and digital platforms to streamline communication, automate workflows, improve visibility and introduce smarter ways of working across the business.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Acting as a trusted right hand to the Owner, MD & SLT, providing high-level executive and operational support
* Coordinating cross-functional projects across governance, operations, compliance and systems, ensuring clarity of ownership and delivery
* Joining information, actions and priorities across teams to maintain momentum and alignment
* Maintaining group action logs, project trackers and governance documentation
* Preparing structured updates, briefings and summaries to support effective decision-making
* Supporting Board and Sub-Committee reporting cycles, ensuring consistency and accountability
* Championing the effective use of Microsoft 365, Teams and digital tools to improve collaboration, task tracking and information flow
* Ensuring clear communication between leadership, operational teams and external partners


This role will suit someone who enjoys being the connective tissue of an organisation and thrives on making things work better.


ABOUT YOU

You will bring experience supporting senior leaders at C-suite or Managing Director level and feel confident operating as a true business partner rather than purely administrative support.


You are naturally curious, highly organised and comfortable working across functions. You enjoy understanding how different parts of a business fit together and take pride in connecting people, information and priorities.


You will likely have:

* 5+ years’ experience supporting senior leadership or operating in a senior operations or project-focused role
* Strong technology capability, with confidence using Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and digital task or workflow tools
* A process-minded approach and a genuine interest in using technology to improve efficiency, visibility and consistency
* Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders, internally and externally
* The ability to join the dots between strategy, governance and operational delivery
* High emotional intelligence, discretion and professionalism
* A low-ego, service-led mindset with a positive, “how can we improve this?” approach
* An interest in growing into a broader operations or Chief of Staff-style role over time


Experience within a regulated, multi-site or care environment would be advantageous, though not essential.


THE PACKAGE

* Salary up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)
* Permanent position
* Remote-first working with regular in-person meetings (typically 3–4 times per month across locations in the UK)
* 24 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays

* Global Skills Matrix Level 4 position, with scope to progress toward Level 5 over time
