My Client are seeking a Senior Utility-Scale Sales Manager to join our team in the UK, focusing on renewable energy and photovoltaics (PV). This full-time, remote role is pivotal as we expand our presence in the UK solar market.

The Opportunity:
In this high-impact role, you will lead the commercial growth of our utility-scale PV business development (>5MW). You will work closely with developers, IPPs, EPCs, investors, and utilities to bring large-scale solar projects to fruition using our industry-leading ABC technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the UK utility-scale sales strategy
- Identify, develop, and close multi-MW solar project opportunities
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead the full sales cycle from early engagement through contract negotiation and close
- Provide technical and commercial insights on power density, LCOE, and shading performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and track market trends, policy developments, and competitor activity
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking forums
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in utility-scale solar sales or business development in the UK
- Proven success in closing large-scale PV projects
- Strong network across UK developers, EPCs, IPPs, and investors
- Solid understanding of PV technology and project economics
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- A genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability
