Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Act as Company Health and Safety Representative, implementing Health & Safety procedures, Risk Assessments, and policies across the business.
* Conduct accident and incident investigations, ensuring robust investigation techniques are applied, and communicate lessons learned and corrective actions.
* Deliver in-house training sessions and toolbox talks to ensure staff stay updated with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
* Support the Director of Safety & Assurance in monitoring and reviewing policies to ensure proper implementation and compliance with legislation and best practices.
* Assist contract managers, supervisors, and site managers in managing staff regarding health, safety, and environmental matters.
* Conduct regular site audits of health & safety processes and procedures, advising on best practices to the Director of Safety & Assurance.
* Ensure KPIs are maintained in line with company targets and objectives.
