The Primary Healthcare Team provides a wide variety of care from initial assessment / screening for all new patients, clinical triage, emergency response, care of minor illness and injuries, nurse led clinics for long term conditions and health promotion. The integrated healthcare service provided by the Healthcare Team at HMP Nottingham aims to provide consistent, equitable, high quality and timely physical and mental health services to all prisoners. You will have the support and opportunity to develop your skills in a range of areas including; assessing patient conditions, triaging services and providing appropriate clinical interventions including emergency care.
