What you'll be doing
Leading and inspiring our engineering and maintenance teams to deliver results.
Making sure our site is safe, compliant, and operating at its best.
Organising maintenance schedules, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Driving efficiency by identifying root causes of downtime and solving problems before they happen.
Managing budgets, assets, and reporting to keep everything aligned with our goals.
What we're looking for
A solid background in engineering, ideally with HNC/HND qualifications (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, with supervisory or management experience.
A confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys leading from the front.
