1st/2nd Line Support Engineer (IT Support, Windows, Mac OS, ServiceNow, Azure) – £240/day Inside IR35 – Onsite in Leamington Spa
A 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer (IT Support, Windows, Mac OS, ServiceNow, Azure) is required by a global leader in its field, offering an exceptional working environment and cutting-edge tech. This is a 6-month contract Inside IR35, based 4 days per week onsite in Leamington Spa and 1 day per week in Bicester.
You’ll need the following experience to be considered:
Proven track record in a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer or IT Support role
Hands-on experience supporting Windows and Mac OS environments
Proficient in using ServiceNow for incident and service management
User management via Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID
Confident troubleshooting network connectivity and system issuesYou’ll also need to be comfortable supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, and ideally have experience deploying or supporting Poly/Logitech video conferencing hardware.
This is a great opportunity to strengthen your skills in a hands-on, enterprise environment, with exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and modern workplace tools. While not essential, certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator will be looked upon favourably.
In this role, you’ll provide on-site desktop support across Windows and Mac environments, managing user accounts and resolving incidents through ServiceNow. You'll troubleshoot hardware, system, and network issues, support Microsoft 365, and maintain Poly/Logitech video conferencing setups. On occasion, you’ll be asked to cover support at the Bicester site during team absences.
