If that sounds like you, we are seeking a sales representative to work with our ChemAqua division in the West Midlands area.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve annual targets related to sales revenue, new customer acquisition, renewal contracts, and other KPIs set by your line manager.
* Self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and cold/warm calling, developing a strong sales pipeline.
* Identify and pursue sales opportunities with new customers, including one-off sales and contracts.
* Follow NCH's “Gears of Selling” sales process, ensuring thorough knowledge and application, presenting NCH Europe as a credible supplier.
* Collaborate with customers to optimize system efficiencies through innovative solutions.
* Manage customer orders using company technology, adhering to policies, procedures, and standards.
* Maintain post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, gather referrals, and uphold confidentiality and company image.
* Work closely with technical teams to meet customer needs.
* Provide first-class, timely customer service.
* Accurately enter and manage data within the CRM system.
* Perform service activities as required by business needs and contracts.
* Adhere to health and safety standards to protect staff and agents.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Recent experience in customer contact, sales, and technical roles.
* Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems is desirable.
* Experience in water treatment or specialty chemicals is advantageous.
* Familiarity with B2B sales and contract business culture is beneficial.
* Strong communication and influencing skills in face-to-face and phone interactions.
* Excellent planning and prioritization abilities to manage multiple demands.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, tablets, apps, CRM, and sales management tools.
* Valid UK driving license.
