Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to manage company policies, workflow systems, and related business matters, such as preparing purchase orders and supporting the engineering/project schedule to ensure quality and efficiency. This role reports to the Tainan Office Director.
Job Responsibilities
1. Familiarize with company regulations and operational procedures.
2. Utilize company systems and business document tools effectively.
3. Provide quotations and contract documents as needed.
4. Coordinate with clients and facilitate communication throughout the sales process.
5. Regularly update and report progress to supervisors, including task explanations and reviews.
Required Qualifications
Essential
* Proactive, detail-oriented, with good comprehension skills.
* Optimistic personality, enjoys interacting with people, with good communication habits.
Desirable
* Practical business experience and understanding of business workflows.
* Experience with ERP or similar systems.
