Quality Engineer (Customer)

You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Middleton, Stalybridge, Heywood, Manchester, Oldham. Other locations will also be considered .

In this role you will work to handle customer complaints issues for manufactured components within a company who are passionate about the further development of its employees.
The company are at the forefront of their industry and supply their products across the globe, due to continued growth and expansion plans they are now looking to add a Quality Engineer to the business in a customer focused role where you will be based out of their Manchester manufacturing site with international travel also.
This role would suit a Quality Engineer with experience in manufacturing processes looking for a long term permanent position.
The Role:
-Working as Customer Quality Engineer with a leading manufacturing company
-Duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Handling customer claims, Root cause, Analysis, Audits, Compliance and much more.
-International Travel to customer sites

The Person:
-Previous experience in a quality-focused role
-Experience working in quality on the customer side
-You will have previous experience in one of the following industries: Manufacturing, Semiconductors, Electronics, Automotive, Chemistry or similar.
-Experience in 8D or similar will be considered beneficial but not essential
-Happy with international travel as required
