How you’ll play your part
We’re looking for someone driven and passionate, who can bring proven experience in establishing, leading, and motivating high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams, combined with a strong grasp of B2B marketing strategies, digital tools, and customer experience best practices.
As part of our strategic leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies and optimising the customer experience across all channels. You’ll oversee product and digital marketing, as well as customer experience management, while working closely with HQ marketing and local PR teams. With a sharp focus on market trends, industry developments, and evolving customer needs, you’ll ensure our brand stays ahead of the curve and delivers impact.
What you’ll do:
· Drive marketing strategy – develop and implement B2B marketing plans that align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
· Lead digital initiatives – manage timely campaigns to boost online presence, customer engagement, and revenue in the Van market.
· Oversee product marketing – ensure product strategies highlight features, meet market needs, and strengthen brand positioning across wholesale and retail.
· Inspire and develop your team – motivate a high-performing marketing team in an environment that encourages creativity, learning, and growth.
· Leverage market insights – use data-led analysis and forecasting to identify opportunities, anticipate market changes, and guide strategic decisions.
What you’ll bring:
· Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within automotive, premium products, or retail.
· Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and external partners.
· A strategic decision-maker, highly organised, with the ability to take a broad view, make strong commercial decisions, and deliver exceptional results.
· Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and forecasting skills to guide smart commercial decisions.
· Demonstrated leadership in establishing, motivating, and driving high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
· Confident, credible communicator and presenter, able to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels.
