Do you have a passion for working with people and a head for new tech – if so, we’d like to hear from you. We are looking for an enthusiastic and switched-on candidate to join our growing team based in Newquay, Cornwall.
We make workforce management software for the physical security industry. Your job will be to train new customers on how to use the system and look after them throughout the customer lifecycle. We have been expanding rapidly year-on-year and this role will see you develop into a dept manager with several direct reports.
This is a full-time office-based role. The office environment is fun and dynamic; we are right on the beach and there’s a pool table and bar onsite! We work hard but believe in the importance of good work/life balance.

We're on a mission to transform how the security industry operates — and we’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to help us scale.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding new customers
Account management of existing customers
Helping design and implement new workflows/processes
Providing 1 st line support
Designing and running training sessions for new feature releases
Product champion for Monday.com
Reporting to senior management
Attending national events and tradeshows (infrequent)
Managing a team (as we grow)

Training or support experience
Experience using Hubspot or other CRM
Proficient in MS Office
Strong grasp of written and spoken English
