ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a qualified registered nurse with a current NMC pin?
Do you prefer to work nights?
Our care teams make a real difference every day, and your professionalism, kindness, and compassion will be at the core of everything you do. Our Night Nurses are usually the most senior person on site during night shifts, taking charge in emergencies and ensuring the security and safety of residents and the home.
Leading a team of carers, you will have clinical responsibilities, providing advice and guidance, and ensuring high standards of nursing and personal care. You will deliver, monitor, and re-evaluate care needs in partnership with residents, their families, and external healthcare providers. The role offers diverse clinical experiences and opportunities for skill development.
If these hours do not suit you, we also offer flexible casual hours. Let us know your preferences when you apply.
Rodley House, near Lydney in Gloucestershire, provides compassionate Nursing, Respite, and Residential care for 42 residents.
