Mobile Paint Technician/ SMART Repairer Are you an experienced Mobile SMART Repairer (Paint) and looking for a new challenge in and around the Reading and Swindon areas? Automotive Repair Systems Ltd is one of the largest independent Mobile SMART Repair companies in the UK with a growing team of over 150 Mobile SMART Repair Technicians. Due to continued customer demand, we are actively seeking additional Mobile Paint and Wheel Repair Technicians who can join our team. The successful candidate(s) will provide Mobile SMART Paint Repair services to our customers in the Reading and Swindon areas, thus offering excellent earning potential. The successful Mobile Paint Repair technician should have a valid UK driving licence, be physically fit, well presented, friendly, customer focussed and most importantly work to a high standard! Mobile Paint Repair Technicians should expect to work Monday to Friday. Additional requirements are as follows:- • A self motivated individual and able to work on their own initiative • Ideally a minimum of 3 years' paint repair experience (Preferably ATA/IMI/QAA and working to PAS 125 formats) • Able to paint a min of 2 vertical panels and blend • Has great attention to detail • Has been customer facing in former roles • Excellent communication skills with good command of English required • Prepared to travel from a home start on a daily basis • Able to be flexible with hours as our customers require • Good time keeper Suitable applicants will be invited to undertake a paint assessment at our Headquarters, in Orpington before any offer is made. If successful, further tailored training and/or product transitioning would be arranged to understand and follow our procedures and requirements (depending on your previous experience).
